Dr. Altomare has been practicing dentistry in Winter Park since 1990. He coached local youth football and baseball for years, and now treats the kids of former players’ kids. He does almost everything here in the office, from full braces to implants, because he’d rather do it right than send you somewhere else.

Dr. Concepcion Diaz grew up in Cuba and went to dental school there, then came to the US, redid dental school in New Jersey, and graduated in May 2026. His mom is a nurse, and he chose dentistry because it combines science, artistry, and a fair amount of comedy. He sees patients in English and Spanish.
